Road to Sangam is a canvas for budding artists to display their art. We believe a lack of time or the general hustle-bustle of life is the ultimate censor that forbids thought or what provokes it. That stops today!
Sangam?Triveni Sangam in Allahabad
Sangam traditionally refers to the confluence of rivers, in particular, the ‘Triveni Sangam’ which is the confluence of the three holy rivers Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati. It is said that those who bathe in this confluence are washed off their sins and rise up to heaven. We don’t intend to make it there just yet but through un-censored expression, we intend to attain some earthly fulfillment. Secondly, we treat this platform as a confluence aka ‘Sangam’ of artists and storytellers. We hope to walk on this road with as many people as we can find.

“I am a thinker and sadly an over-thinker. In order, to channel emotions and powerful experiences into productive use of time, I started to write. My friends and family played audience to my, budding writer. One day, I had an epiphany, that much like myself others on creative pursuits could use a platform or community to showcase their creativity and learn and grow together. That started my Road to Sangam. In Kshitij and Navin, I saw two friends and partners who could live this journey with me and soon my Road to Sangam became our Road “

“Being a private banker, I was in a constant need of energy and creativity. Ani, came up with an Idea for the website primarily focused on art and literature and I couldn’t be happier to write articles and blogs to take an adequate time, off work. I love meeting new people and making connections around the world and hence thought of taking up the responsibility of business development for the site. I truly hope artists, partners, and viewers alike achieve their goals and desires via this site and gain exposure globally.”

“I may be a biologist, an adult, and a rather young man to be a part of such a big venture, but above everything else, I am a poet. That’s how this started for me. Back when I was just a simple poet, I could give my feelings a voice yet I had no stage to speak upon. I know there are a lot of people out there that feel the same way; artists with voices but no stage to speak on. And it is for those who feel what I felt, that longing to have our voices and emotions heard and felt, that I am here now. I hope that together, no matter how steadily it may be, we will build a stage for our voices to be heard and have an audience who cannot wait to hear what we have to say.”
Fantastic. I am very much rejoiced to view the artistic works, especially paintings.
